When getting ready for your appointment you should have an idea of what you hope to get out of it while still being open to whatever comes through for you. If there is a loved one you want to hear from it is recommended that you invite them to attend the session (after all they are no different then us and they will appreciate being asked), we are dealing with living (soul) intelligence. You can talk to them and they CAN hear you.
Be open and know that not all sessions will be the same. Some will offer vast amounts of validation while others offer practical advice. I cannot tell the Spirit world what they should talk about and definitely cannot make them communicate. It's like here on earth, if someone wants to talk to you they will, if it's not the right time they won't. I have learned that it's always for the highest good for all involved in regards to the communication received.
It is important to keep an open mind during the process, and to be open to receive whatever messages come through and from whoever is trying to connect with you. You never know who will come through. If the person has passed and they know you are having a reading, it could be from someone you may have hardly known or have not heard from in a long time. They are excited to communicate and will use whatever "people" they can to get their messages across.
The people who have passed on are not coming through to give you predictions, they are coming through to let you know there is life after death and that they are still very much part of your life. I can't control who comes through in your session, they show up or they don't, it's that simple. With that said, Spirit is always amazing at giving validations to their loved ones.
The spirit people I connect with have varying ways to connect with living people. The success of a reading isn't all about me, but highly influenced by the personalities and receptiveness of the client and those in the spirit world.
I see, hear and feel the information that I am supposed to pass on, it is not like having a conversation like you and I would have with someone else. I get information in pieces and have to put it all together. They talk, you talk and I'll talk, with that we will discern what message they are trying to get across.
The information that I get will most likely mean nothing to me, this is your reading it means something to you. Spirit doesn't waste a thought...ever! I can only give you what I am getting, and interpret the information to the best of my ability. All kinds of evidence comes out in a session, whether it is significant or what may seem to you to be quite trivial.
If I give you a name, it does not have to be from someone who has passed, it could be someone here who you are connected with, as each session is completely different. If you don't understand something coming through, write it down and ask friends or family about it after the session.
My ability can be summed up as the ability to act as a go-between, between the physical world and the spiritual world. I receive messages from crossed over loved ones, interpreting and relaying those messages to the person I am reading for, to the best of my ability. If you are not interested in spiritual connections and hearing from crossed over (deceased) loved ones then a medium session might not be the best choice for you. Your better option would be to have a Intuitive reading. As stated earlier, having an "intention" on what you want is best when having a session.
Again, I ask that you keep an open mind. Spirit knows your intentions and will work with both of us to get information to you that is necessary and relevant.
